Our PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant is based on the process consisting of 2 beds, which are filled with carbon molecular sieves (CMS). While pre-filtered air is passed from end to end of one CSM bed, Nitrogen comes out in form of product gas. Some gases are also generated as waste gases which are discharged back into atmosphere. Upon diffusion of the CMS bed, the process switches nitrogen generation to the other bed, at the same time it allows the soaked bed to endure regeneration by depressurization to atmospheric pressure. The process makes sure nonstop supply of nitrogen to your process.
